¡¡¡¡We would like to first of thank you for your continued support to our sister company HENAN NANBEI PAPER CO., LTD. (NBNCR) by conducting business with our sister company¡¯s Chenghai Export Department.
¡¡¡¡In order to concentrate our limited resources on better serving our foreign customers, the management of the two sister companies, HENAN PROVINCE JIANGHE PAPER CO., LTD. (Jianghe Paper) and HENAN NANBEI PAPER CO., LTD. have decided to combine the export branches of the two companies into a single Jianghe Paper Int¡¯l Business Dept.
After this Change which will be taking place and completed by the end of August, 2009.
- NBNCR Chenghai Export Department will become part of our Jianghe Paper Int¡¯l Business Dept.
- You will be conducting business with Jianghe Paper Int¡¯l Business Dept. instead of NBNCR Export Department;
- Your payment will have to be made to Jianghe Paper instead of NBNCR;
- You will be dealing with one of the biggest carbonless and thermal paper maker and exporter from China instead of making business only with it¡¯s sister company ¡
On the other hand:
- You will get carbonless and thermal paper from the same production facilities, the same good quality, and the same good or even better service than before;
- Your contact person will not be changed so your order details will not be overlooked and will be properly handled as before;
- In marketing we are fully authorized to make sales to you with "NBNCR carbonless" brand
- Any previous obligations NBNCR owes to you will be properly taken over by Jianghe Paper and will not be affected due to this Change;
